With the exception of bespoke orders and split packs, we will happily accept the return of your order should you not be happy with it.

This however is subject to the following conditions:

  • The goods are returned in the same condition and in the same packaging in which they were delivered to you
  • The returns must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • You are liable for any costs associated with returning the goods. Normally this will be in excess of £150.00 per pallet of paving, but will vary so please contact us to discuss further and to arrange a return
