The majority of wooden sheds and workshops are designed for general domestic use, however if you need to use the building for the storage of extremely heavy items or machinery, you will need to strengthen the floor.
To do this, position additional bearers under the floor and cover the original floor surface with a solid sheet material such as OSB or plywood.
